About  me

Andres, a native of Asuncion, grew up between Paraguay, Spain and Argentina. He solidified his love for the art of making motion pictures from an early age. After developing a strong interest in TV & Film production, he moved to Buenos Aires to study Digital Media at the Da Vinci Art School. He went on to receive his film training at the Utah Valley University - Cinema Production Program.

After a few years of working in the production, camera and electrical departments, he embraced cinematography as his true love and passion, finding inspiration in literature, art, music and life itself.

He is known in the thriller genre by his cinematography work on Barret Burgin’s “The Next Door” and “Out of the Ground”, which were both nominated for Best Cinematography as well as earned multiple nominations and awards in the festival circuit.

Over the years his work has enabled him to travel extensively, to experience many diverse locations and to observe the inner workings of cultural and natural systems. Above all, meet and work with highly skilled artists in the industry.

Although his early passion was rooted in the narrative world, Andres has made significant contributions in the commercial, corporate and non-profit arena as a producer, cinematographer and editor.
